Senior Consultant – EPM Focus (m/f/d)

In this Senior Consultant EPM role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on implementer for customers, primarily within the CFO office and other business units. You’ll design and deploy planning, reporting, and analytics processes using Jedox, translating workshops into concrete implementation concepts. You’ll collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure value realization and adopt best practices in EPM. Your work drives customer success, innovation, and effective data-driven decision making across the organization.

• Act as subject matter expert for customers, partners, and colleagues in Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics (EPM)
• Support customer success with strong implementation skills
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices and industry trends in EPM
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align Jedox solutions with business goals
• Develop process adjustment recommendations for successful EPM adoption and change management
• Lead design workshops with customers and the Jedox Implementation Team
• Translate workshop outcomes into implementable concepts and ensure value realization
• Make informed data/solution architecture decisions based on Jedox specifics
• Coach less experienced consultants and foster a collaborative team culture
• Coordinate with Go-To-Market teams to understand customer requirements
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product Managers and contribute to the roadmap
• Provide ideas for product innovations and enhancements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, controlling, accounting or operational business functions
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with software products supporting collaborative FP&A or other EPM areas
• Project management experience or SCRUM team experience desired
• Affinity for service excellence and a collaborative style
• Collegial, open and down-to-earth personality
• Fluency in German; business English proficiency
