Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Strategic Initiatives & Change

In Allianz Consulting, you help drive transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client engagements and shape solutions that enhance value for Allianz clients. You will manage projects, develop concepts for customer needs, and contribute to business development, all while growing a leadership footprint early in your career. This role offers ownership, impactful work, and exposure to senior stakeholders in a globally trusted insurer and asset manager.

• Complete client engagements under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, meeting deadlines, solving problems, and managing stakeholders
• Analyze customer needs and develop creative concepts to serve them
• Provide support to existing clients with key account management and mentor junior team members
• Oversee daily operations of assigned tasks until completion
• Discuss with Engagement Manager future client needs that may lead to projects
• Manage communications and project timelines
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under guidance of Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within strategic development areas
• Contribute to internal projects including knowledge sharing and team events

• University degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant insurance industry and/or consulting experience (preferably Life Insurance or Asset segments)
• Project Management & Change-Management experience
• Knowledge of Project- and Program Management methods and process improvement
• Ability to work in high demanding environments
• Conceptual and implementation experience
• Facilitation, sales, and conflict management skills
• Strong team player with assertiveness and leadership willingness
• Experienced communicator with senior management stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• PowerPoint and Excel with complex function capability
• Curiosity for/knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and technique
• Interest in IT and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) considered valuable assets
