Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting

In this role you will help client teams deliver high-quality insights and keep project milestones on track within Allianz Consulting. You will manage communications, timelines, and contribute to business development under guidance from an Engagement Manager. You’ll strengthen Allianz Consulting’s capabilities in strategic areas and participate in internal knowledge sharing and events. You will work in a diverse, international team and apply AI insights to support business transformation in the insurance and financial services domain. This is an opportunity to shape impact through cross-functional collaboration and innovative problem-solving.

• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Manage communications and project timelines
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
• Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• Affinty for solving problems and analytical thinking to organize and prioritize tasks
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Excellent command of English for presentations and reports
• PowerPoint and Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
• Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies
• International experience or German or other languages is a plus
