(Senior) Consulting Manager (all genders) – MedTech

As a Digital Consultant focused on Health or Medtech, you partner with leading MedTech clients to shape data-driven, technology-enabled products and engineering initiatives. You drive transformation and innovation across the healthcare value chain, taking ownership of workstreams and shaping client solutions. You collaborate across strategy, engineering, data, UX, and delivery to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes. • Advise MedTech clients on digital transformation, innovation, and product/engineering challenges
• Lead consulting engagements in product management, innovation management, and engineering business aspects
• Translate market and business needs into actionable concepts for R&D, engineering, and digital product teams
• Contribute to design and evolution of data-driven organisations, analytics-enabled decision-making, and digital platforms
• Develop and assess business models and go-to-market concepts for digital health innovations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, engineering, data, UX, and delivery
• Own client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables

• Bachelor or Master in business, engineering, life sciences, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–10 years of consulting in MedTech or Health industry
• Strong expertise in MedTech environments including product management, innovation management, and business side of engineering projects
• Experience with data-driven organisations, digital products, and analytics-enabled decision-making
• Proven ability in business model innovation and bridging business, engineering, and technology perspectives
• Strong consulting mindset with stakeholder management and impactful client engagements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills to translate complex topics into actionable insights
• Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
