At Agile Robots, we are scaling a global robotics and AI company — and communication plays a key role in how we position ourselves towards customers, partners, media, policymakers and future investors.

As Senior Content & Thought Leadership Specialist (m/f/d) , you will take ownership of high‑impact communication and support the positioning of our company and leadership externally.

Working closely with the Team Lead Corporate Communications and senior stakeholders, you will translate strategy, technology and business topics into clear, compelling and visible content across channels.

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment — combining strong writing skills, strategic understanding and a high level of ownership.

Your Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality content for company and executive communication (e.g. Messaging, LinkedIn, articles, speeches)
• Translate complex topics in robotics, AI and business strategy into clear and compelling narratives
• Translate thought leadership topics into channel‑specific formats (e.g. LinkedIn posts, YouTube concepts)
• Develop thought leadership content to position Agile Robots and its leadership externally
• Write and maintain key communication materials (e.g. website content, core messaging, articles)
• Take ownership of developing and strengthening executive social media presence (e.g. CEO, leadership profiles), collaborating on social media planning, tone and editorial direction across channels
• Support or take over hands‑on social media execution (e.g. posting, content adaptation), if required
• Support the development of storylines and narratives for strategic topics (e.g. partnerships, media positioning, public affairs topics)
• Support and further develop Agile Robots’ social media presence from a content perspective, with a focus on LinkedIn and executive channels
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders
• Work with external partners (e.g. PR agencies, business) to align messaging and content
• Evaluate content performance together with analytics and continuously improve output
• 5–10 years of experience in strategic content, PR or journalism
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and German
• Ability to simplify complex and technical topics into clear messaging and engaging, platform‑specific formats
• Strong background in robotics and technology
• Strong understanding of digital content as well as LinkedIn, Website and YouTube as a channel
• Experience working with senior stakeholders or executives
• High level of ownership and hands‑on working style
• Structured and reliable approach combined with a proactive mindset
• Proven hands‑on experience with AI tools is required, including the ability to actively leverage AI to increase productivity and content quality
