Senior Customer Solutions Engineer (Fully Remote)

• High-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of complex systems and customer outcomes.
• Own integrations from design through deployment for FORT's most strategic customers.
• Serve as a deep technical resource for the Customer Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical engagements and travel up to 30% to customer sites for integration design and troubleshooting.
• Define integration architecture including CAN bus topology, wiring schematics, and API-based software.
• Apply functional safety principles and serve as a subject-matter expert on safety compliance.

Cross-Functional Influence:

• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into roadmap improvements.
• Represent FORT in escalations, executive briefings, and key account reviews.
• Contribute reusable integration guides and share expertise through case reviews.
