Senior Data Product Manager (m/f/d)

As Senior Data Product Manager, you own the Data Product strategy and portfolio across a business domain, turning challenges into scalable data capabilities that drive measurable value. You will align business stakeholders with Data & AI teams to deliver reusable products and analytics, not just dashboards. This role blends business, product, and data to solve meaningful problems at scale, leveraging modern data platforms. You will shape the product direction and accelerate adoption to impact decisions across domains.

• Own the Data Product strategy and portfolio within your domain, translating challenges into reusable Data Products with clear outcomes
• Define the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing opportunities by business value, strategy, user needs, and capacity
• Serve as primary product liaison for senior stakeholders, aligning business and Data & AI priorities
• Challenge requirements to move from requests to reusable, value-creating solutions
• Drive adoption and value realization using metrics, feedback, and KPIs
• Lead a cross-functional matrix team of Data Engineers, Analysts, DataOps, and leadership to deliver
• Own backlog and prioritization, balancing new capabilities, technical improvements, migration, and ops
• Support transition to self-service analytics, ensuring usability and accessibility of Data Products
• Continuously improve the Data Product portfolio by identifying gaps, duplication, and reuse opportunities

• 6+ years in relevant product roles, with strong Data Product or analytics product experience
• Experience in at least one domain (Customer, Marketplace, Finance, Procurement, Pricing, or Marketing)
• Ability to own strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, adoption metrics, and business outcomes
• Comfort challenging stakeholders and turning requests into actual needs
• Understanding of scalable data products vs dashboards and working with technical teams
• Technical understanding of modern data platforms, data modeling, and analytics
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure is highly beneficial, or equivalent cloud data ecosystem
