Senior Data Scientist (gn) with Spanish language skills - Focus on AI Engineering

In this role, you will design and build autonomous agent systems for the insurance sector, developing scalable AI products from concept to production. You will work within the Data & AI Center of Excellence to advance multi-agent, RAG, and LLM pipelines, including foundation models, to keep our platform ahead of competition. You will collaborate across a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions for international markets. • Design and develop autonomous agent systems tailored for insurance
• Develop scalable AI products (multi-agent, RAG, LLM pipelines, computer vision) for global markets
• Research and test AI processes and bring promising approaches into production
• Create foundation models for the insurance industry and productionize them
• Collaborate closely with a diverse DACE team to advance AI initiatives

• 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering or related fields
• Strong Python and software development plus data analysis experience
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
• Proven experience with agent systems, RAG systems, and LLM pipelines
• Analytical, initiative-driven mindset with ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Good written and spoken English; Spanish beneficial; German desired
