Senior Design Manager - Core Experiences (Fully Remote)

• Define and evolve Mercury's interaction philosophy, with a focus on AI-native, conversational, and adaptive experiences.
• Set an exceptional bar for product quality across the Interfaces organization, ensuring experiences feel right.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product designers, fostering creative risk-taking and high-quality work.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional product taste and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Strong point of view on AI-native interfaces and how they change the relationship between people and software.
• Experience leading and developing product designers while staying close to the work.
