Senior Development Engineer (m/w/d) EMV

In this role you will advise analog/mixed-signal and digital IC design teams on EMC/EMI across the full development cycle. You will diagnose EMC/EMI issues, drive sustainable corrective actions, and translate automotive standards into design rules. You will develop and promote design-methodologies that ensure first-silicon compliance and continuously improve guidelines and checklists. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a flat, hands-on culture to support safe and efficient mobility technology.

• Consult and support EMC/EMI aspects across the full IC development process
• Support root cause analysis for EMC/EMI issues and drive corrective actions
• Translate automotive EMC/EMI standards and OEM requirements into design rules and constraints
• Drive EMC/EMI design methodologies to achieve predictable compliance at first silicon
• Capture lessons learned and improve guidelines, checklists, and best practices

• Masters degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field
• Strong experience in EMC/EMI requirements and validation for automotive semiconductor products
• Solid understanding of IC-level and system-level EMC/EMI mechanisms
• Structured, analytical mindset with focus on prevention
• Good level of German and English
