Senior Director, Decision Analytics (Fully Remote)

• Own and lead Decision Analytics, Sprout's centralized analytics and data science function.
• Set the vision, standards, and operating model for how the team prioritizes and partners with stakeholders.
• Drive a fundamental shift from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision-making.

What you'll bring:

• 12+ years in analytics or data science, including 5+ years leading teams in a SaaS business.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and ability to move between executive strategy and hands-on execution.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern data stack (SQL, Python, dbt, cloud warehouses) and ML frameworks.

How you'll grow:

• Within 1 month: build relationships with direct reports and stakeholders, understand the current analytics function.
• Within 3 months: establish a clear operating model and build credibility as a strategic partner.
• Within 6 months: own the full Decision Analytics function and demonstrate a measurable shift in stakeholder experience.
