Senior Director, Demand Generation (Remote) (Fully Remote)

• Lead cross-channel demand generation for Insurance growth strategy.
• Manage team and report to VP of Insurance Services.
• Partner with analytics and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Channel & Lead Source Enablement: evaluate and pilot new channels, design test-and-learn frameworks.
• Analytics & Experimentation: partner with decision science, establish experimentation frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in performance marketing or growth.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry.
