Your Main Duties

• Manage the operational performance of key distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, direct websites, mobile channels
• Ensure that pricing, restrictions, inventory controls, promotions, and campaign setup are accurately distributed across channels
• Optimize channel mix & profitability in close collaboration with Revenue Management
• Drive commercial improvements by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Lead or support implementation projects for new channels, connectivity changes, hotel onboarding, system migrations, rate plan structures and process automation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales, E-Commerce, IT, Finance and Reservations

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Several years experience in Hotel Distribution, Revenue Management, or E-Commerce
• Deep understanding of OTA, GDS, channel managers, CRS/PMS systems, wholesale, direct booking
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion to interpret channel performance, cost of sale, rate parity, booking behavior and revenue impact
• Hands‑on, solution-oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
