Senior Due Diligence Manager – EV Construction

Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous physical due diligence
• Synthesize complex technical data into concise 'Go/No-Go' feasibility reports
• Assess the alignment between 'as-is' site conditions and technical requirements
• Navigate complex municipal zoning ordinances, land-use restrictions, and local building codes
• Oversee procurement and critical review of ALTA surveys, Title Commitments, and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments
• Collaborate with Real Estate and Transaction Management
• Manage a national or regional network of third-party consultants
• Audit consultant deliverables to ensure reports meet standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction, due diligence, land acquisition, and/or land development with a commercial firm
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Bluebeam, and construction project management tools
• Excellent communication skills
