Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a globally distributed team of database internals engineers.
• Own team execution and set the technical roadmap with Product.
• Partner with Platform Engineering and engage with high-value customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience, including 4+ years managing engineers.
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems or databases.
• Passion for building reliable system software and developing people.
