Senior Solutions Engineer (Fully Remote)

• You'll sit at the intersection of utilities, product, and sales, helping customers understand the Intelligent Grid Platform.
• You'll own customer implementation projects end-to-end, from onboarding to deployment and long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, leading workshops and driving rapid customer adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating needs into product improvements.
• Support go-to-market initiatives through demonstrations, presentations, and industry events.

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing or cross-functional roles with strong power systems expertise.
• Deep understanding of utility planning, DERs, and grid modernization.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and mentor junior team members.
