Senior ICT Engineer (OSP) — Outside Plant & Connectivity (Fully Remote)

• Lead OSP due diligence across new deployments, including site assessment and provider qualification.
• Own fiber distribution design, conduit sizing, and cable tray loading calculations.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external OSP providers for pathway compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• BICSI RCDD certification and strong knowledge of ANSI, TIA, and BICSI standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex OSP fiber projects from groundbreaking to acceptance.
• NEC fluency and familiarity with TGB, TBB, and structured cabling standards.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with fiber acceptance testing (OLTS, OTDR) and loss calculations.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Ability to work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and end users.
