Overview

Lead the data and AI landscape as a strategic initiative, shaping the direction and execution of AI programs that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Redcare’s data and AI landscape as a strategic investment.
• Build and scale a team where your decisions make direct business impact.
• Work with modern machine learning technologies and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Lead one of three delivery lanes of AI initiatives: Forward deployed AI engineering.
• Support team members in driving transformation through stakeholder management.
• Work 50% hands-on overseeing automation tasks and standardization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with strong background in building DS/ML/AI systems in production.
• Comfortable with internal stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment.
• Thrive in dynamic environments and care about building things the right way.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and modern ML technologies.
• Ability to operate across multiple delivery lanes and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
