Senior Manager, Fraud and AML (Fully Remote)

• Own fraud and AML strategy end-to-end across Rocket Money's Financial Products, starting with savings and expanding.
• Serve as AML Compliance Officer, working with legal and parent company teams.
• Report to VP of Financial Products & Partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally.

What You'll Do

• Lead fraud prevention, detection, and response, setting long-term direction.
• Quantify guardrails, investigate anomalies, and translate data into action.
• Build and scale fraud and AML operations, policies, and incident response.

About You

• 6+ years in fraud prevention with BSA/AML compliance for deposit or brokerage products at a fintech.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable defending thresholds with data.
• Exceptional communicator who thrives in ambiguity and ownership.
