Senior Enterprise Architect (Engineering) (d/f/m)

As Enterprise Architect (Engineering), you own Henkel’s infrastructure and technology architecture across cloud, network, compute, security, observability and resilience. You define the technical foundation that ensures performance, reliability and security for business apps. You lead modernization efforts, set platform standards, and align with cost and sustainability KPIs. You work with cross-functional teams to validate architectures during enablement and shape scalable, mission-critical systems.

• Own and evolve the infrastructure architecture model
• Define standards for cloud platforms, networking, compute, storage, security and DevOps
• Provide reference architectures for infrastructure patterns
• Govern technology platform lifecycles and modernization journeys
• Align with FinOps and GreenOps on cost and sustainability KPIs
• Validate infrastructure architecture during project enablement
• Ensure infrastructure meets RTO/RPO, resilience, performance and security requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or similar
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures (Azure preferred), networks, security, and observability
• Understanding of DevOps platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD, and zero-trust security
• Experience in designing resilient, mission-critical systems
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
