Senior Expert IT Procurement Management (m/f/d)

In this role you lead the IT procurement process for hardware, software, services and in-house contractor needs, ensuring value and timeliness. You align procurement strategies with IT goals and manage the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination. You collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep scope, terms and budgets aligned with business objectives while maintaining compliance and data protection considerations. The position offers exposure to global procurement in a regulated environment and opportunities to drive cost savings and process improvements. • Lead procurement operations, selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with IT objectives
• Oversee contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across procurement activities
• Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms throughout the lifecycle
• Oversee contract registration and maintain accurate records
• Identify cost savings and process improvements within procurement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract scope and budget with business objectives

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT or related field
• Proven IT procurement experience with strong contract management and vendor negotiations in a global context
• Knowledge of global procurement processes, contract law and data protection regulations
• Knowledge of procurement management software and IT systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision capability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and compliance focus
• Fluency in German; English preferred
