Senior FP&A Manager (m/f/d)

As Senior FP&A Manager, you will oversee financial planning and analysis across the Westwing Group, partnering with the CFO and executives to provide clear financial insights. You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, and shape strategic decisions with data-driven analyses. You’ll identify risks, flag deviations from plan, and champion process improvements, including AI-powered automation. This role sits in a fast-paced, multinational finance team and offers impact at both the group and entity levels.

• Lead FP&A as a strategic partner, ensuring transparency into group costs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and countries, supporting CFO and executive leadership
• Provide high-level financial transparency to inform top management decisions
• Identify financial risks and propose proactive improvement actions
• Drive continuous optimization of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with AI/automation
• Support Investor Relations with financial messaging and analysis

• 5+ years in analytical roles such as FP&A, controlling, or finance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to balance detail and big picture
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes
• Experience in fast-paced, unstructured environments with ownership mindset
• Clear, factual, persuasive communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Enthusiasm for impact and working in a multicultural team
• Fluency in English
