This role will function as the Financial Planning and Analysis consolidations lead for Products & Services and Data & Analytics within DDAT (Data & Analytics and Technology). The role will serve as an advisor and report directly to the CFO responsible for this $1B+ capital and expense portfolio. This role will be a key member and partner to others on the team, interfacing with leaders to ensure accurate and timely consolidations.
This position will consolidate the month end financials, forecasts, multi-year plans, and budgets to support reporting, strategic decisions, and stakeholder meetings. The ideal candidate will look to drive process improvements, innovation, and the implementation of best practices in financial operations and consolidations.
The role will represent the team in cross-functional efforts and will assist in ad-hoc requests as needed. Key interactions for this role include executive leaders and financial stakeholders. The candidate will manage and develop an analyst and lead budgeting and forecasting within DDAT Admin.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
