Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead end-to-end revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS, and professional services across multiple jurisdictions
Analyze customer contracts and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Business Operations on accounting implications and deal structures
Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close for revenue and related accounts
Prepare and review IFRS and HGB financial statements, ensuring transparency and compliance
Coordinate group reporting and support internal/external reporting requirements
Develop and maintain accounting policies, controls, and processes
Prepare technical accounting memos and audit documentation
Support audits as primary revenue and reporting contact
Drive process improvements and automation in a cloud-first environment
Act as a trusted advisor on revenue and financial reporting across the business

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent is a plus
6+ years of accounting experience, ideally in software or professional services
Strong knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15) and HGB
Experience with financial statement preparation, group reporting, and consolidation
Experience with SAP ERP, preferably S/4HANA
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, clear communication of complex topics
Fluency in English and German
