As Senior Manager Global Performance, Incentives & Recognition, you will lead the global strategy, design, and governance of performance management, incentive compensation, merit, and recognition programs within Brenntag's Total Rewards CoE. You will drive annual cycles, govern the framework, and enable managers while ensuring a consistent employee experience worldwide. You will own Workday Compensation and Performance as the global process owner, overseeing optimization, analytics, and data quality. • Lead global strategy, design, and governance of performance management, incentive compensation, merit review, and recognition programs
• Drive the annual performance, bonus, and merit cycles, including governance, stakeholder engagement, and manager enablement
• Own the global Rewards & Recognition framework and develop programs to support a high-performance culture
• Serve as global process owner for Workday Compensation and Performance, including optimization, reporting, analytics, testing, and data quality
• Act as trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and leading Total Rewards transformation initiatives

• 10+ years of progressive Global Total Rewards experience
• Proven expertise in performance management, incentive compensation, merit governance, and/or recognition design
• Experience leading global or cross-regional projects
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and Performance modules
• Strong analytical capabilities including reporting, financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• WorldatWork CCP or GRP certification is an advantage
