Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Senior Growth Marketing Manager, EMEA leads end-to-end growth strategy for SS&C Intralinks across the customer lifecycle, driving multi-channel acquisition and retention. You will own ABM and vertical campaigns, collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and other teams, and optimize funnel performance for scalable revenue growth. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a SaaS/B2B context within financial services. You will manage relationships across multiple EMEA countries in a hybrid London-based role, accelerating pipeline and revenue.

• Develop and own the end-to-end Growth Marketing strategy aligning with product and sales goals
• Lead multi-channel campaign execution (SEO, SEM, social, email, retargeting, content syndication, webinars) with emphasis on ROI and CRO
• Analyze the marketing and sales funnel to reduce friction and improve conversion at each stage
• Leverage analytics tools to measure performance, conduct A/B tests, and drive experimentation
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product teams for alignment on messaging and launches
• Manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources to high-potential channels
• Establish and present reporting on key metrics (CPA, LTV, conversion velocity) for executives

• Extensive B2B marketing experience in SaaS and/or Financial Services
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven track record of campaigns driving pipeline growth using modern marketing channels
• Ability to deliver on-time and within budget while aligning strategic goals with tactical plans
• Strong relationship-building with sales and internal marketing stakeholders to drive results
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Strong organizational, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; inquisitive and test-and-learn mindset
• Experience leading ABM campaigns and vertical marketing programmes (highly desirable)
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple EMEA countries (essential)
