Senior HR Manager - Regional Head (Western Europe)

In this role you drive regional HR leadership and execution across Western Europe, aligning local priorities with our global HR strategy. You will lead HR transformation efforts, including a new HRIS, and contribute to talent, performance, and leadership development. You’ll ensure governance and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders. Based in Wiesbaden, you’ll support multiple countries and contribute to a dynamic, innovative corporate culture.

• Support the execution of the global HR strategy across the region
• Lead regional HR transformation initiatives and digital HR solutions (HRIS)
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Design and implement performance management processes for a high-performance culture
• Strengthen governance and reporting frameworks for transparency and data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align local needs with global priorities
• Promote employee development and organizational development with Learning & Development partners
• Provide hands-on operational HR support in recruitment, employee matters, and HR processes

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Regional HR Manager
• Experience supporting multiple countries in an international environment
• Solid background in talent management, performance management, organizational development, and leadership support
• Experience supporting HR transformation projects and HRIS implementations in international settings (advantage)
• Comfort operating at management level and providing direct HR support to local teams
• Proactive, solution-oriented, self-driven, able to work independently across multi-country environment
• Fluency in German and English with effective cross-stakeholder communication
