Senior Manager Regional Operations (m/f/d)

Overview

In this role you will oversee multiple sites within a Technical Facility Management organization, ensuring safety, reliability and client satisfaction. You will lead cross-site teams to maintain 24/7 operations of complex utility systems and drive KPI improvements. You own budgets and support proposals while building strong client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes maintenance strategy and continuous improvement in a high-tech environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Oversee occupational safety and regulatory compliance (EHS)
Manage safe, efficient 24/7 operations of complex technical systems (gas, chemical, UPW, electrical, utility)
Lead and develop cross-site teams to maximise uptime and client satisfaction
Drive achievement and continuous improvement of KPIs: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Growth
Plan and execute maintenance strategies, root cause analyses, and improvement initiatives
Own budgets and cost control, resource planning, forecasting, and support in proposals/contract adjustments
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including escalation management and performance reviews

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of professional experience in Technical Facility Management or Operations in a high-tech environment (semiconductor or pharmaceutical)
Proven experience leading operations or regional teams with ability to develop cross-site teams and engage with customers
In-depth knowledge of technical utility systems (gas, chemicals, UPW) and experience with EHS requirements and safety standards
Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with hands-on, structured working approach
Excellent understanding of business and commercial processes
Fluent German and very good English
Flexibility for national and international travel up to 40–50%
