Senior Product Operations Manager II - Platform

In this role, you will own the operational health and lifecycle of Deel’s platform framework used by multiple product teams. You’ll coordinate with product, engineering and internal stakeholders to align priorities, plan roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery. You’ll design scalable processes, automation and documentation to reduce toil and handle high volumes of inquiries. This position sits at the intersection of product, engineering and operations, serving as the go-to connector for clarity and momentum. • Own the operational health of platform frameworks and coordinate integration requests from internal teams
• Drive end-to-end projects across product, engineering and operations; follow up on commitments and dependencies
• Plan quarterly cycles and roadmaps; synthesize stakeholder requests into clear direction
• Build systems, automate processes and documentation to scale support and reduce manual work
• Secure commitments from teams and ensure due dates are met across organizational boundaries

• 5+ years in product operations, product management or similar operations-heavy role
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and acting as a connector between teams
• Experience with platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling is beneficial but not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Experience with project management and planning cycles
• Familiarity with automation, documentation, and system thinking approaches
• Cross-org influence and ability to drive initiatives without direct authority
