Product Operations Manager (Senior / Staff)

As a member of Deel's Payroll organization, you own the end-to-end operational lifecycle across multiple product teams. You transform operational and customer friction into prioritized insights for Product Managers, guiding prioritization of impactful solutions. You coordinate global execution, aligning product, engineering, and GTM teams across time zones to accelerate delivery and enable successful launches. You navigate complexity with ruthless prioritization, owning the solution from discovery to implementation. • Own the product signal end-to-end by turning feedback into actionable insights for product managers
• Coordinate and unblock global execution across distributed product, engineering, and GTM teams
• Act as the primary problem-solver to root out causes and own solutions from discovery to implementation
• Manage competing demands and simplify complexity to drive progress without waiting for permission

• 4+ years in fast-paced, high-scale environments (Series A/B/C startups or equivalent)
• End-to-end ownership between product and ops
• Autonomous decision-making with strong point of view
• Data-driven with ability to pull data and derive insights
• Strong communication tailored to engineers, PMs, customers, and leadership
• Sharp product sense and understanding of software development and scoping
