Staff Product Operations Manager - Benefits

In this role you will shape Deel’s global benefits and time-off infrastructure by leading cross-functional integrations with third-party providers and coordinating go-to-market launches. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and operations to unblock complex dependencies and ensure compliant, scalable rollouts across regions. This is a strategic, systems-scoped role that directly touches millions of workers through international benefits programs. You’ll operate in a fast-growing SaaS environment where impact and collaboration matter.

• Lead integration work with third-party benefit and retirement providers, managing technical requirements and data flows
• Coordinate operational rollouts with product, engineering, client success, and ops teams
• Scope and validate customer requirements across different countries and regions, translating them into product priorities
• Build and own the go-to-market narrative for new integrations and features with Marketing and Sales
• Identify and unblock operational friction in launching benefits features, including compliance and go-live readiness

• Domain expertise in benefits or related HR domain
• Comfort with APIs, data structures, and how integrations work
• Strong product mindset with ability to analyze and articulate product needs
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and removing technical blockers
