Senior Product Manager II - Platform

You will lead Deel’s Platform vertical focusing on identity and access management. You partner with Compliance, Legal, IT and Data to translate needs into scalable product decisions. You design an IAM architecture that supports diverse users across regions and regulatory contexts. You own the roadmap, drive global verification and compliance strategies, and ensure production stability. • Define and own the roadmap for identity and access management
• Translate requirements across Compliance, Legal, IT, and Data into product decisions
• Design identity architecture for diverse user types and contexts
• Develop scalable identity verification and compliance strategies
• Prioritize and manage competing stakeholder requests
• Own production stability and incident response for IAM systems
• Decompose complex regulatory and technical requirements into a shippable roadmap

• 5+ years of product experience in identity, security, or platform infrastructure
• Deep technical fluency in IAM, authentication, authorization, or related systems
• Strong ability to synthesize competing priorities across stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and making trade-offs
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with technical, compliance, and operational teams
• Experience shipping infrastructure or platform products at scale
• Experience with global regulatory requirements or compliance frameworks (ideal)
• Stakeholder dynamics management (ideal)
• Familiarity with multi-tenant systems or context-based access patterns (ideal)
