Product Manager – Horizontal Platform Poseidon

In this role you drive the payment application strategy for the DACH region, shaping the terminal application stack across diverse environments. You own multi-product roadmaps and coordinate with engineering, sales, and market leadership to enable growth in a competitive market. You influence certification, regulatory alignment, and partner collaboration to keep the sales pipeline moving. This is an opportunity to impact product direction across form factors and to work on high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives in payments.

• End-to-end roadmap and release planning for the DACH product portfolio (Victa, NEO 2, Engage, and future products)
• Manage multiple payment methods and enterprise-specific builds on the same terminal
• Oversee estate and terminal management including VHQ 2.0 rollout, remote updates, and key/certificate management
• Own certification sequencing (PCI-PTS, P2PE vs non-P2PE, GBIC, DC POS/TA, DK) to avoid sales stalls
• Align with regulatory bodies (DK, EURO Kartensysteme, BaFin adjacencies, SIX/EP2) and ensure compliance readiness
• Coordinate with Sales & Ops for Book of Work, feature commitments, and customer escalations
• Collaborate with Poseidon Engineering and Hardware teams on release readiness, supply topics, and new form factors
• Address hardware aspects to ensure market-ready sellable products in DACH

• 5+ years in product management within DACH/EU payments space (terminal vendor, PSP, acquiring, or network operator)
• Broad payments fluency: girocard, international card schemes, SoftPOS, APMs, ELV/SEPA, and terminal estate integration
• Technical foundation: ZVT-H/PSDK/SDI/EP2, EMV kernel, PCI-PTS, P2PE, PSD2 SCA
• Experience with Book of Work discipline and prioritisation across multiple products
• Regulatory instinct for BaFin/ZAG, DK/GBIC, ZAIT and related approvals
