Senior Project Manager, Advanced Operations (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead an engineering team to deliver key programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You’ll manage project and stakeholder expectations, and provide technical assessment across assigned projects. You will drive New Product, Process, and Technology initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional partners to implement solutions. This role focuses on optimizing process layouts and floor space while ensuring effective risk management and resource planning. You will operate in a regulated environment, contributing to strategic product introductions and process improvements.

• Take ownership of project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
• Lead New Product, Process and Technology implementation initiatives while closely managing capital and expense budgets
• Clarify project scope and develop/maintain schedules; monitor and report progress
• Collaborate with Product Development, Advanced Technology, and Global Marketing to drive project success
• Engage Manufacturing Operations to evaluate process layouts for new process integration and optimal flow
• Select, train, and assess project resources, including temporary SMEs as needed
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and coordinate with broader AO team on NP I issues
• Set priorities and instill urgency using PM tools to meet cost/time commitments

• Bachelor in Engineering
• 5+ years in a technical or project management role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical abilities with capability to plan and manage concurrent tasks
• Proven ability to define and manage project risk
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and MS Project
• Willingness to travel 20%
• Experience in GD&T, process mapping, statistical methods, and process/product validations (preferred)
• Experience in FDA-regulated environment (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership in New Product Introduction within a regulated environment (preferred)
