Senior Manager Operations Filtration Materials Europe (m/f/d)

In this role you own the European Filtration Materials production network, driving operational excellence across multiple sites. You’ll lead and develop cross-site operations, align with global FM strategy, and push transformation initiatives to boost performance. You collaborate with global FM Operations, Production, and Engineering to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing. • Full operational responsibility for all FM production sites in Europe
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of site managers and teams
• Ensure safe, efficient plant operations per global standards
• Plan and optimize European manufacturing processes and value streams
• Implement corporate production standards (SQDC, Production Basics)
• Achieve KPIs (safety, OEE, utilization, scrap, labor efficiency, customer complaints, budget)
• Lead Lean and value-stream initiatives; drive continuous improvement
• Initiate cost-reduction, automation and investment projects
• Drive change across European operations and support transformation
• Lead global process engineering projects and equipment procurement
• Support global FM manufacturing locations with technical leadership

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of leadership in international operations or manufacturing
• Proven experience in multi-site or large-scale production environments
• Deep understanding of FM or similar material-based production processes
• Strong background in process engineering and operational excellence
• Project management experience with cross-functional, international initiatives
• Fluent German and English (C1)
