Senior Human Resources Generalist (Fully Remote)

• Veilant is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to act as a trusted advisor and direct partner to the CHRO.
• This role involves owning onboarding, employee relations, compliance in a federal contracting environment, and shaping programs for workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employee relations investigations, manager coaching, and talent lifecycle ownership.
• Drive compliance and audit readiness with regulations like VEVRAA, EEO, and Disability.
• Analyze HR metrics and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with government contractor regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
• Proficiency with Paycom, Deltek Costpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
