Senior Internal Tooling Engineer (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design and ship the internal tools, automations and platforms that remove bottlenecks across Yazio.
• Drive discovery with internal stakeholders to uncover their biggest bottlenecks and ship tailored solutions.
• Build and scale AI-driven systems such as Creative Automation and Content Generation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building modern web applications end to end, ideally with Go and HTMX, plus Python.
• High level of hands-on AI knowledge—LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain.
• Strong track record of end-to-end ownership and a pragmatic, product-engineer mindset.
