(Senior) IT Program Manager (m/f/x)

In this role you translate business needs into actionable IT programs, aligning initiatives with Allane’s corporate strategy. You will lead governance, monitor interdependencies, and oversee cross-functional delivery to drive adoption of new technologies. You’ll communicate clearly with sponsors and stakeholders, helping the business realize tangible outcomes from IT projects. • Translate business requirements into actionable programs and projects in collaboration with IT and business leaders
• Establish and enforce program governance, monitor progress and interdependencies, ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of IT projects with cross-functional coordination
• Communicate project status to business sponsors with clear, concise reports and presentations
• Support change management strategies to drive adoption of new projects across Business and IT

• 10-15 years of professional IT experience
• at least 5 years managing multiple projects
• ideally experience in the car financing industry
