Senior Staff Program Manager (f/m/d)

In this role, you lead multi-site projects delivering IC solutions for Tier-1 customers. You own the program from start to end, coordinating internal teams and managing vendors/customers to meet scope, budget, and timelines. You will build strong relationships, communicate progress regularly, and ensure adherence to the product development process. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on project success and customer satisfaction.

• Own end-to-end project delivery for multi-site IC programs
• Serve as the go-to contact for internal teams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budget, and resources
• Communicate status and risks to customers and internal leadership
• Conduct regular project team meetings and gate reviews
• Ensure compliance with the development process and issue resolution
• Establish risk and change management and document approvals
• Foster open communication and drive on-time, on-budget delivery

• Degree in engineering or science
• Proven program management experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience handling tier-1 accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Confident English in a global business environment
• Self-motivated and service-oriented
• Ability to manage complex projects under time pressure
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 with advanced MS Project skills
• PMP certificate is a plus
