Senior IT Quality Analyst – QA

Stellenbeschreibung:

Support the definition and execution of quality testing strategies for software development projects.
Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases and scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in collaboration with development teams.
Participate in the early stages of projects by reviewing requirements and documentation to ensure quality from the beginning of development (Shift Left Testing).
Prepare and review test plans, test cases, and test result reports.
Analyze test results and present recommendations for improving system quality.
Partner with Development, Product, and Operations teams to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Support and mentor junior and mid-level professionals by sharing software quality best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality Assurance (QA) processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
Experience designing, executing, and managing manual and automated tests.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test result reports.
Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
Analytical skills to identify risks, failures, and opportunities for process improvement.
Technical English preferred.
Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of Shift Left Testing practices preferred.
Experience with test automation preferred.
Experience mentoring and developing QA professionals preferred.
Experience working on software development projects in Agile environments preferred.
Certifications related to Software Quality, Testing, or Agile Processes preferred.
