Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

• Run recruitment projects, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing


• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure compliance and expand service delivery


• Develop and maintain market knowledge, especially the client competitor landscape


• Advise on market conditions, competitor intelligence, and candidate feedback


• Maintain the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner


• Hire world-class talent for international clients


• Provide an extraordinary experience to business partners and candidates

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, French, and German is required


• At least 5 years of recruitment experience in an international environment


• Ideally, recruitment agency, executive search, or RPO vendor background


• Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle


• Effective candidate channels and sourcing strategies


• Knowledge of the technology industry is a must


• Ability to effectively manage demanding workload and competing priorities
