As an occupational pension provider, the KZVK is responsible for providing supplementary retirement, disability, and survivor benefits to employees of the Church and Diakonie who are employed under private law. We provide our services to approximately 3,500 church employers, about 680,000 insured individuals, and over 110,000 retirees.

Senior IT Service Manager (m/f/d) - Microsoft Environment

Dortmund - Permanent - Full-time

Your Responsibilities

• Management, analysis, and resolution of IT issues and service requests in the Microsoft environment (1st and 2nd level)
• Further development and quality assurance of IT service processes according to ITIL
• Planning and participation in IT projects, e.g., rollouts, migrations, and process optimizations
• Administration of user accounts, permissions, end devices, and central IT services
• Documentation, knowledge management, and support for IT onboarding and training
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality in IT support

What You Bring To The Table

• A degree in IT or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• Solid experience in IT service management, ideally in a Microsoft environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Client/Server)
• Proficiency in ITIL-based processes and ticketing systems
• Excellent written and spoken German (C1 language level)
• Strong communication skills, personal responsibility, and a team-oriented approach
