Senior Lead, Next Gen Producer Ecosystems

• Build and steward producer and manufacturing relationships
• Drive commercialization and scaling pathways
• Support product development and coordination
• Deliver producer-facing convenings and ecosystem engagement
• Develop the ecosystem for commercial pulp production
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support supply chain needs
• Engage with feedstock aggregators for non-wood cellulose supply
• Work with Investment Team to identify investible projects

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in industrial supply chains, manufacturing, packaging, pulp and paper, materials innovation, circular economy, or related sectors
• Demonstrated venture-building experience
• Proven ability to engage directly with producers, manufacturers, mills, or industrial ecosystem stakeholders
• Exposure to commercialization, product implementation, pilot coordination, or industrial scaling processes
• Strong project management skills
• Negotiation and facilitation skills
• Strategic thinking with focus on organizational priorities
• Entrepreneurial and adaptive problem-solver
• Excellent collaborator
