As a Senior Value Engineer at Celonis, you guide customers through value-driven adoption of the Process Intelligence Platform, acting as a trusted advisor across the value journey from landing to renewal. You translate strategic priorities into concrete use cases, build business cases and demos, and lead value workshops with senior stakeholders. You collaborate with sales, services, and partners to drive measurable impact and platform adoption. You will work across manufacturing and related industries, shaping transformation with data-driven insights.

• Identify and frame customer value through strategic priorities and high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win deals
• Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and present strategic roadmaps to C-Level
• Facilitate value-focused workshops and uncover opportunities for process improvements
• Derive improvement actions for core functions and drive enterprise-wide change
• Present realized value to senior management and executives
• Own end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adoption, renewal
• Create strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the platform and apps

• Analytical role experience focused on delivering value through data analysis and process improvement
• Customer-facing experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with SaaS or in-house equivalent
• Knowledge of SaaS applications (e.g. SAP) and experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, and action flows
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and driving change initiatives
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management and excellent communication/presentation skills
• Business domain understanding in Finance or Supply Chain and strategic transformation
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, etc.
• Degree in a related field and native-level German language skills
