Senior Manager CAD Infrastructure (f/m/div)

As Senior Manager CAD Infrastructure, you shape the end-to-end design-system infrastructure strategy for Infineon products, enabling an IP-based economy. You lead cross-functional work with R&D, CAD, and product teams, translating needs into scalable platform capabilities. You drive AI-enabled infrastructure adoption, CI/CD, and workflow optimization to improve service quality and user satisfaction. • Own and define the end-to-end Design System Infrastructure strategy for Infineon products with a focus on enabling an IP-based economy
• Act as Product Owner for Configuration Management and IP Lifecycle management by setting vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Translate business and engineering needs into scalable platform capabilities and implement impactful solutions
• Drive alignment with global stakeholders across R&D, CAD, and product teams
• Provide technical direction and leadership for configuration management, data access, distribution and release processes and lead the data management team
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled infrastructure, leveraging CI/CD, and workflow optimization with an automation-first mindset
• Monitor and continuously improve service quality and performance to increase user satisfaction

• A degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or similar)
• At least 6 years working experience in CAD or design system infrastructure within the semiconductor industry, including strong expertise in data and configuration management
• Proven (technical) leadership, e.g. by leading teams, focus groups, or task forces with sound architecture/solution guidance
• Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Perl, or equivalent) and solid Linux/Unix expertise
• Sound understanding of CAD design flows and tool ecosystems plus configuration management and release concepts
• Understanding and exposure to AI/ML-enabled engineering workflows (design flow optimization/ data-driven decision making systems) and CI/CD concepts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments as well as fluent English language skills, German is a plus
