Senior Manager Commercial Strategy (m/f/d)

In this role you will shape and drive global commercial and product-related strategy across all channels for HUGO BOSS. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate insights into go-to-market directions and impactful initiatives. The position offers autonomy and a direct impact on global sales and distribution, working with markets, subsidiaries and central functions. You’ll present rigorously to the CSO team and guide key strategic decisions. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic leader who thrives in a global, fast-moving environment.

• Lead global, cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve sales and product strategies
• Develop global distribution, channel and expansion concepts to reach target customers
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and align with markets and stakeholders
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to ensure robust go-to-market approaches and strong partner support
• Analyze global sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth levers and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver high-impact board-level analyses and strategic documents for the CSO office
• Engage with senior stakeholders, balancing influence, communication and strategic judgment
• Support fact-based decision-making and outline courses of action for future orientation of the company

• Master's degree/MBA with 7+ years of experience in retail, consumer brands, or strategy consultancy
• Proven track record in strategic business development and brand-focused projects
• Extensive go-to-market expertise with understanding of industry and market dynamics
• International experience preferred
• Proficient in English, basic German preferred
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation abilities
