Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve high‑voltage system architecture strategies for next‑generation e‑mobility vehicles.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure architecture alignment and technical excellence.
• Drive innovation in power electronics, battery integration, and safety standards, translating market needs into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee architecture documentation, validation, and certification processes to meet global regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high‑voltage system design and architecture within the automotive or e‑mobility sector.
• Deep expertise in power electronics, battery systems, and safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 62196).
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field preferred.
