The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations leads a marketing automation team responsible for leveraging technology to execute campaigns and drive operational excellence. This role owns the strategy and architecture of the demand generation and ABM technology ecosystem, centered around HubSpot, including ownership of the ABM platform, intent data signals, lead scoring models, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate is a player-coach with expert-level HubSpot knowledge, a passion for building an efficient marketing engine, and a proven ability to translate strategy into flawless execution.
