Senior Manager Product Proposition (m/f/d)

In this role you shape Sky TV propositions (e.g., Sky Stream, Sky Q, Sky Multiscreen, Sky Go) by analyzing markets and customers in order to optimize the product experience. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost customer satisfaction, drive launches of new features for the German market, and nurture app partnerships beyond traditional TV. You work closely with product, communications and partnerships units to align strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market efforts. This is a role for a hands-on, collaborative product professional who thrives on impact and scale within a large, inclusive media company.

• Own parts of Sky TV propositions and drive product optimization based on market insights
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform roadmap and features
• Collaborate with Sky Group product teams to enhance customer experience for the German market
• Support market communication and manage launches of new products/functions
• Develop and nurture partnerships from non-traditional TV areas (music, gaming)
• Prioritize product strategy and coordinate with Content Proposition, Commercial Strategy and Group Product teams

• 5-6 years of experience in products, propositions or marketing
• Degree with focus on products, business or marketing
• Industry knowledge in entertainment platforms, content aggregation, product development and product marketing
• Strong teamwork and practical implementation mindset
• Reliability, independence and German market understanding
• Ability to persuade and manage complex projects
• Very good presentation skills and strong German plus good English
