Senior Manager, Revenue Management Reporting Analytics

Responsibilities

• Leads the team responsible for the standardization and centralization of all sales and pricing data.
• Ensures that progress against goals is tracked and reported to all constituents.
• Partners with sales and pricing leadership to determine metrics, goals/quotas, and leading performance indicators.
• Responsible for the education and training of users on reporting and business analytics.
• Ensures metrics are reported accurately and consistently.
• Coordinates communication about project status.
• Active participant on Sales and Pricing Councils.
• Works with outside vendors and consultants to enhance data availability.
• Focus on continuous improvement of processes and the development of staff.
• Defines and leads the enterprise-wide vision for revenue insights across sales and pricing.
• Partners with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable insights.
• Leads transformation of reporting infrastructure, introducing modern visualization tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Analytics or similar area of study.
• 7 plus years of previous experience.
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• 5 or more years of experience in a sales, pricing, operations, or reporting and analytics function (Preferred)
